☆★☆アスパラガスのムース☆★☆

Thank you for coming today;)
This is "Mousse of asparagus"!
Asparagus of five a piece is included.
There is a pineapple between the mousses.
And, Kiwi's jelly hangs in the upper surface.
This is my original recipe.
I like vege-sweets!!!

べジスイーツ第５弾『アスパラガスのムース』。
一個につきたっぷり５本分のアスパラが仕込まれてます。
ムースの間にはパイナップルの甘煮、上面にはキウイのゼリーをかけて仕上げます。
これは私のオリジナルレシピ。
ちょっと改良の余地ありですが、なかなか身体によさそうな（罪悪感の少ない）ムースになりました。
夏の日差しでこんなんになりました☆

休み中、うっかりこのBlogのコメント欄が荒らされていてご迷惑かけています。。
一日に何十件も迷惑コメントが・・・
